McLeod aluminum bellhousings are the gold standard when it comes to accuracy and compact performance. They're constructed of CNC-machined spun aluminum—with a narrow body design for lightness, and a titanium inner liner for added strength and protection. These bellhousing come with a removeable inspection cover to help aide in clutch adjustment between rounds. They come in two different configurations, SFI rated with a steel block plate that gives the bellhousing its SFI 6.1 rating. We also offer a Non- SFI rated version for those customers looking for a light weight bellhousing, but not concerned with a SFI rating so these units do not come with a steel block plate.

Note: This bell housing has a very specific fitment requirement. It requires a SBF with a flywheel that has a 164T Ring Gear and a transmission with a Borg Warner T-5 mounting pattern and input-shaft length. Aftermarket transmissions such as G-Force, Liberty Gears, Rockland Standard Gear, Astro Performance will work as long as the transmission fits the parameters listed above.
